Hi.
Well I seem to have had A 24 hour bug that had me floored since Friday , I was getting ready for the Pollok Carers Christmas. Dinner on Friday and never made it out the door and have been in bed pretty much since , and that got me thinking about how when caring for mum I never allowed myself to let things floor me , but now it's seems like I am worn out , sometimes it feels like I can be floored. At at point
