If you see my mum as just a woman with dementia, then you are missing the greatness of her life and all she is

When I look at my mum I see all of the below and so much more, I hope you do also
Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Neighbor, friend, workmate, valued member of her community and so much more

    I know how you feel Tommy my mum suffered with 14 yrs of Alzheimers people don't understand that there is a loving human being in there, they forget that they had a life before they got ill x
